Unsubscribing
Every newsletter email you receive will contain an Unsubscribe button at the bottom. By clicking it, you can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time.
If you unsubscribe, your email will be retained in a secure, encrypted suppression list for a maximum of 2 years, as required for compliance with GDPR and anti-spam regulations. After this period, it will be automatically deleted.
If you want your data to be deleted earlier, simply contact me at contact@nfwdesign.com and I will remove your information manually.
Long-Term Data Retention for Client Work
If we begin a professional collaboration, I am legally required under German commercial and tax regulations to retain certain documents and communication records.
- •All invoices, contracts, agreements, and legally relevant documents are stored for a minimum of 10 years.
- •This retention period is mandatory and follows German law (“Aufbewahrungspflicht”).
- •After 10 years, you may contact me to check whether your documents have already been deleted.
- •If not yet destroyed, you may request their deletion in accordance with GDPR.
